Saturday Night Live #5

Huge Events present another packed lineup of local bands for Saturday Night Live #5.

MÄNTRÄ are a 5-piece auditory assault on the senses founded in 2022. Echoing the raw energy of Them Crooked Vultures, the sonic prowess of Queens of The Stone Age and the sultry grooves of Royal Blood. MÄNTRÄ are here to put on an energetic spectacle for you all to just cut loose and have a great time too.

Dad rock band Carr Accident from Adelaide formed in 2021. The band draws upon their 60s and 70s rock influences for their own tracks; as well as covering artists such as Deep Purple and The Beatles.

Part Time Lovers is an indie pop/rock outfit from the Adelaide Hills. Aiden, Blake, Curt, Grace, and Josh are creating an infectious sound that’ll drive your dance floors and soundtrack your road trips, leaving you grumbling about that Part Time Lovers tune that’s been stuck in your head for days.

The Hydes is a four-piece rock, drawing heavily on the classic rock of the ’60s and ’70s, with a contemporary and unique take on these familiar sounds, and incorporate elements of jazz, funk and country into their overall sound. With no one frontman, The Hydes uniquely distribute the role of lead vocals, while also utilising harmonies to top off their signature sound.
