HELP US BEAT HOMELESSNESS BY SUPPORTING THE GOV’S JO TONKIN AT THE VINNIES CEO SLEEPOUT!

Hi Gov Lovers,

Today we’re getting in touch about something a little different, and it’s close to our hearts.

While we keep the hotel fires roaring through the winter and see many of you through the doors to enjoy live music and good times, there’s plenty of people who can’t afford the basics and live day to day without a safe and secure place to call home.

The work St Vincent de Paul do to help the more than 116,000 people experiencing homelessness across the country is essential - providing healthy meals, access to acommodation, emergency support and more. But it comes at a cost, so Gov owner Jo Tonkin is doing something this year to raise some much needed extra funds.

Jo is taking part in the Vinnies CEO Sleepout on 17 June. She will spend the night in a carpark, with just a cardboard mattress, sleeping bag and pillow.

The aim is to raise awareness, and money to help St Vinnies continue and extend the great work they do, and we’d love your support.
