It’s been a long time coming, so we’re really pleased to welcome you to The Gov’s new website, developed with La Porte Creative. We’ve got a whole host of features to show you through, so let’s get started!
Now when you visit our home page the first thing you’ll notice is that we now have a gallery! Gig pics and social shots from our shows will be on display on the website for you to check out from now on, which is something we’ve been wanting to do for a long time!
You can also see every event coming up in the Front Bar for the week on the blackboard to the left of the screen. And, as always, you can sign up to our mailing list from the homepage and get all the news of what’s coming up each week at The Gov.
Just below all of that, you’ll find a preview of shows coming up for the next week. It links into our new and improved gig guide which features more info on the artists and video links for the shows, as well as allowing you to purchase tickets online through our ticketing partners at Oztix.
But that’s just the start. This page (our News page) will keep you up to date with happenings and offers from around the pub, you can get the inside look at what’s going on around The Gov on a daily basis at The Gov Community and Be A Local Pages.
Last but not least, our restaurant menus and functions packages are available in full glory for you to plan your next night out at The Gov. We can even help you plan how to get there with public transport and parking advice in our FAQ.
